Driving Directions
From Highway 99: Take the Ceres/Mitchell Road exit. Head east on Mitchell Road, then turn south onto 4th Street. Our facility will be on the right at 3004 4th St.
From Modesto: Head south on Highway 99 toward Ceres. Take the Hatch Road exit and turn left. Continue to 4th Street and turn right. Our campus is approximately one mile ahead.
From Turlock: Head north on Highway 99. Take the Ceres/Service Road exit and follow signs toward downtown Ceres. Turn onto 4th Street heading north to reach our treatment center.
